The President of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" is a name to reckon in the field of Karate in West Bengal since late 80's. He started his karate training under Master Sanjit Saha and Grand Master Chew Choo Soot in 1987. He won many District , State and a couple of times National championships in Budokan karate. His expertise was in Kata but he was equally good in Kumite . His demonstrations of Karate techniques was certainly ahead of his time and unanimously praised by all. He recived his Shodan from the KBI Grandmaster in the year 1991. Though he is a successful Business man for the last two decades, but his unflinching love for Martial Art, never allowed him to get separated from karate training and kept the spark alighted within him, through his association as an Honorary President of AIBSKA for quite a while. He is certainly an example for the young generation for whom balancing between job and karate training seems to be tedious. At the age of forty six his agility is exemplary and an envy for the young teachers of AIBSKA. He is being graded to Godan by the legendary master Richard Chew, of Karate Budokan International in the year 2002. Later he was being graded to Rokudan in "High Impact Martial Art". Currently he is a Rokudan in AIBSKA as well, and an indispensable pillar of the organisation.

The Secretary General of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association", a dedicated soul in its truest sense in Karate do, is practising Shotokan karate for the last 42 years. Sensei Das had received his Shodan in the year 1982, and had participated in many District, State and a couple of National level Championships and earned accolades. He has trained many students for the last thirty years , among them some are accomplished karatekas and teachers in recent times. He received his Yondan in the year 2004 and currently a Godan from "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association". His adherence to the traditional form of teaching in Shotokan Karate which is rare these days is truly commendable.

His dedication and discipline is exemplary and inspiring for the new generation of karatekas. He is with AIBSKA since 2013, and have become an indispensable part of the AIBSKA family.

The Joint Secretary of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" is in the field of Martial Art since 1990. His carreer started with Taekwondo and he won many District and State level Championships and once national level championship in the light heavy weight category. He achieved his Taekwondo black belt in the year 1997. He joined Shotokan karate under Sensei Nandy in 2005. In a very short period of time he adapted himself in the art of Shotokan karate and started winning medals in Kumite in the heavy weight category, both at State and National levels. He is also a founding member of AIBSKA and one of the most loyal student of Sensei Nandy . A dedicated teacher, Sensei Roy is one of the pillar of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association".

The Vice President of All India Budo Shoto Karate Association, Sensei Dwibedi is practising karate since 1990 in Allahabad. He is the Chief Instructor of "AIBSKA" for Uttar Pradesh since 2010. Sensei Dwibedi is a charismatic and hardworking instructor, who is relentlessly working to spread "AIBSKA" in different districts of Uttar Pradesh. He had mentored many champions in the past and still continuing to do so for the upliftment of " All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" in the northern part of India. His contribution in the expansion of AIBSKA in Uttar Pradesh in the last ten years is laudable. Sensei Dwibedi's loyalty to "AIBSKA" is admirable. Currently he is a Yondan from"All India Budo Shoto Karate Association".

Sensei Goutam Nayak, the Founding member and Vice President of " All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" is a versatile martial artist and possess the rare quality to learn and achieve mastery over different styles of Martial art. Though his base is Karate, which he started in the year 1990, his inclination towards Kickboxing and Wushu always existed in a dormant manner from a tender age. He was a practitioner of Budokan style of Karate and achieved his Shodan in the year 1996. He won many district and state level championships in both Karate and kickboxing. According to Sensei Nayak, all styles to some extent are interrelated and he feels that, with a decent knowledge of karate, one can try with other forms of Martial art as well.

Currently he is a Yondan from " All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" and his Martial art school is rendering training in Kickboxing and Mixed martial art, besides his regular Shotokan Karate training. He is associated with AIBSKA since its inception and a long time acquaintance of Sensei Tirthankar Nandy.

The Joint Technical Director of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" is young and dynamic in the field of Shotokan karate. Practising karate for the last twenty five years, Sensei Qasim had won many accolades in the District, State and National level championships. A wonderful kumite player, Sensei Qasim is the only Instructor from AIBSKA to participate in two consecutive K1 championships organised by World Karate Federation in Dubai and Thailand. He is currently a Yondan from "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" and a successful teacher, heading units in different parts of Bengal. A young and charismatic instructor and teacher who always aspire for better performance for himself and his students, and possess the zeal to learn the art.

One of the Founding Member and Vice President of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association" , Sensei Fadikar is practising karate since 1993. He is one of the oldest disciple of Sensei Nandy, and one of the best kumite player produced by Sensei Nandy in his early days as a teacher. Sensei Fadikar won innumerable Championships till 2008 and had to retire early from competition due to injury. Beside District, State and National level championships, he won twice in the International arena. Sensei Fadikar possess good organising skills and an able administrator . He is currently a Sandan from "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association". Sensei Fadikar is loyal and fully dedicated towards the development of "AIBSKA".

The technical director of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association", is one of the most knowledgeable instructor in the organisation . He is a dedicated Karate practitioner for the last thirty years and practising Shotokan karate under Sensei Nandy, since 2005.

He had won innumerable District, State and National Championships, since 1991 till date. He had received his Shodan in the year 1997. Currently he is a Godan from "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association". As a teacher, he is equally talented and possess skills to transform ordinary students into champions. His determination and dedication towards karate is commendable. He had proved to be an icon for many in the field of Shotokan karate. Sensei Singh is a founding member of AIBSKA.

The Joint Technical Director of "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association", is practising karate since 1990.

Sensei Ghosh, an accomplished karateka in his younger days, was equally good in Kata and kumite and won laurels in varied championships. Started practising in Budokan style, Sensei Ghosh achieved his Shodan in the year 1996.

He is in AIBSKA since 2011, and running his dojos successfully in the northern part of Kolkata.

Sensei Ghosh is currently a Yondan from "All India Budo Shoto Karate Association".

Along with Shotokan karate training, he is imparting regular yoga lessons to his students which is a winning combination. A dedicated soul towards karate and yoga and working hard for the betterment of AIBSKA.
